Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be possible before an order reaches advanced processing or shipping stages. Customers should contact support as soon as possible if they need to request a cancellation.

Once an order has moved further into fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available and return procedures may apply instead.
